It may be old-hat these days to those of us who’ve been watching the cherry industry for years, but apparently tart cherry juice is continuing to gain notice.
Still, it’s always good when someone new catches on to one of our signature local products.
Like when Good Housekeeping just listed the juice as one of the top 10 food trends of the new year.
Their claims about it helping wrinkles, insomnia and puffiness are news to me. On the other hand, I have known several people who swear by it to ease arthritis pain.
It’s funny that they always dwell on health benefits, though. I happen to also like the taste.
