The Commission on Aging & Senior Center hosts an Eat Smart, Live Strong series starting Monday, February 10th at 3pm.
MSU Extension facilitates the classes. The series involves cooking demonstrations/tastings as well as a little physical activity instruction during each lesson.
Enjoy discussing easy ways to make smart food choices and exercise more. The program is a 6-week series with sessions on Mondays for one hour. The classes are limited to 10 participants. Registration is required before the class starts, participants are expected to attend all lessons.
