Local Food, Global Wine Presents PorcoVino: a six course celebration of heritage hogs and artisan wines

Join MyNorth and The Towne Plaza on Tuesday, February 19th for PorcoVino, six courses of pork and wine pairings. Chef Chris Hoffman is breaking down a whole hog and incorporating it as a tasty component in each of his six dishes (even dessert). Traverse Magazine Food & Wine Editor, Tim Tebeau is pairing each course with artisan international wines representing six small growers from five countries.
