Towne Plaza’s Chef/Owner Chris Hoffman is breaking down a whole Michigan hog for a delicious dinner of six courses from American pork-loving provinces like New England, the South Carolina Low Country, New Orleans, San Antonio, Kansas City and, of course, Traverse City. MyNorth food and wine editor, Tim Tebeau, will present wine pairings from California and the Pacific Northwest with each course and wines will be available for sale through Bon Vin.
