Join thousands of pedestrians as they participate in a long standing tradition, the Labor Day Bridge Walk with Governor Snyder. The walk begins at 7am in St. Ignace and concludes at 11am in Mackinaw City. This is the only day of the year that walking the "Mighty Mac" is allowed.
Bus transportation to and from each city is available.
Mackinaw City, on I-75, is at the very tip of Michigan's mitt, the last stop before crossing the Mackinac Bridge.
St. Ignace is just over the Mackinac bridge in the Upper Peninsula on I-75.
