Calamity Jane Band

Best of MyNorth nominees for best band move into the Huron Street Pub & Grill on Mackinac Island. The band features singer/songwriter Mary McGuire (Blood Sisters Band), guitarist Erik Gustafson (Howling Diablos), bass guitarist Gary Rasmussen (Sonic's Rendevous, The UP, Iggy Pop, Patti Smith Group) and drummer Donny Sorenson (BJ Thomas, Tricky Dicky and the Spoonmen).

Recipients of multiple Detroit Music Awards, Calamity Jane is unlike common bar bands and put on their show like a concert rather than a gig. They will be performing tunes from their upcoming album as well as select covers in the Rusted Rock, Psychedelic Rock, Acoustic Rock, Alternative Rock, Prog Rock and Blues Rock veins. 

The band performs from 10pm-1:30am.
