Event Description
This is a medium to high level cardio challenge structured to incorporate warm-up, cool down and stretching, using high energy music.
Taught by Kathy Miller, this class is targeted for people who like to be fit, enjoy a challenge, don't mind getting their heart rate up. . .and sweating.
$8 per class with the first one complimentary. Wear comfortable clothing with good workout-type shoes (cross-trainers are best).
Class meets every Mon. and Wed., 8:20-9:20am.
Leland is beautifully situated on M-22 between Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau.
