Event Description

The Commission on Aging & Senior Center hosts an Eat Smart, Live Strong series starting Monday, February 10th at 3pm.

MSU Extension facilitates the classes. The series involves cooking demonstrations/tastings as well as a little physical activity instruction during each lesson.

Enjoy discussing easy ways to make smart food choices and exercise more. The program is a 6-week series with sessions on Mondays for one hour. The classes are limited to 10 participants. Registration is required before the class starts, participants are expected to attend all lessons.

Sessions are free for Crawford County residents. Out of County residents will be charged $5. For more information and to register contact Helen Nolan, 989.348.7123.

Grayling is east of Traverse City where M-72 meets I-75.
