Event Description
American Harvest portrays the truth about agriculture and migrant labor in the U.S. at the present time. The film features interviews with farmers and farm workers from Florida to Maine and the viewer objectively learns the facts and dispels the myths connected with migrant farm workers. Marian Kromkowski and Joanna Kloet of Citizens for Immigrant Rights, NMI will facilitate the discussion after the film. There will be a follow up documentary on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
