Learn about national drug use trends and what the impact is in Charlevoix County. Scott Kelly, Executive Director and co-founder of BASES, will talk about how we need to respond at all levels: personally, in your family, in schools and as a community. Students, parents, grandparents and interested community members, especially community leaders and decision makers are urged to attend.
