Grand Traverse/Leelanau/Kalkaska County Department of Human Services is hosting an orientation session for all community members interested in becoming foster parents. If you are interested in making a difference in the life of a child please attend this free event from 10 AM to Noon on March 21, 2013 at 701 Elmwood Suite 19 Traverse City, MI.
