Local Food, Global Wine Presents Joie de Bourgogne: a six course celebration of food and wine from France's Burgundy region.
Join MyNorth and The Rowe Inn on Saturday, March 16th for Joie de Bourgogne, six courses of traditional French country cuisine paired with artisan wines. Chef Tom Webb has crafted a menu showcasing classic dishes like roast pheasant and escargot bourguignon; Traverse Magazine Food & Wine Editor, Tim Tebeau is pairing each course with wines from five small growers spanning the famed Cote d'Or and Cote Chalonnaise.
