Event Description
Taste of Crete with instructor: Chris Mekas.
Learn how to make authentic Greek dishes. Chris has visited Greece to learn about his heritage with his family on Crete.
Menu: Saginaki (flaming cheese OPA!), Greek salad (not the American Greek salad, but the real Greek way), Lemon Chicken with potatoes (roasted chicken, potatoes, lemon, oregano). Also try a few things brought over from Greece.
$25 Member; $35 non member.
Frankfort is about 50 minutes southwest of Traverse City, U.S.-31 to M-115 West.
