Zumba is a lower impact, easy to follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness program that keeps you in the groove of life.
$50 for 10 Classes; $6 Drop in. Class with Cathy Bechtel meets Thurs., 6-7pm.
Leland is beautifully situated on M-22 between Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau.
