Rootstand to Kick Off 13 Day St. Patty's Tour at The Cabbage Shed in Elberta

Rootstand has spent the greater part of the last decade touring and working with both larger national bands and smaller regional acts to create dynamic and sustainable performances. Our tours and festival performances in our own state are literally legendary, and generations of folks young and old, consider themselves our fans and friends. We are in a small group of Michigan professionals that includes pros like Greensky Bluegrass and folk sensation Seth Bernard, which have been able to translate the basic experience of acoustic music into tours, concerts, festivals and beyond. Rootstand’s own festival, the Rootenanny, which featured regional all-stars like Seth, UV Hippo, and The Macpodz last year, has grown steadily for nearly a decade. In addition to Rootenanny, Rootstand has headlined nearly every roots and jam oriented Michigan festival, and our late nights at Hiawatha, Bliss, Wheatland, Beaver Island, Farmfest, and many others are now woven into the fabric of the Michigan rootsrock experience. 

Rootstand is kicking off it's 13 show St. Patty's Tour leading up to St. Patrick's Day at one of their favorite venues, The Cabbage shed, in Elberta.  This is a 2 show stop so come enjoy Michigan's Celtic Jamgrass Champions on March 1 and March 2.
