Senior Exercise consists of a full body workout with resist bands, with Jeanette Egeler, certified personal trainer.
Classes every Mon., Thurs. and sometimes Sat., 9:30-10:30am. $2/session.
Leland is beautifully situated on M-22 between Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau.
