Event Description
Tai Chi is a workout emphasizing balance, muscle strengthening, joint mobility, circulation and a sensation of energy.
Jane Hale has been teaching Tai Chi for 25 years with many years at NMC and the Senior Center in Traverse City. Her specialty is working with beginners.
$10 per class. Classes held on Wed., 3-4:15pm.
Leland is beautifully situated on M-22 between Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau.
