Taste the Local Difference Winter Celebration

Join us to celebrate eating local food in winter! Enjoy a hearty sampling of the amazing food and beverages our region produces. Learn more about and experience eating local in wintertime. Crystal Mountain's Executive Chef Darren Hawley has invited some of our area's finest chefs to join him in preparing a delicious sampling of winter dishes. Each chef will provide cooking demonstrations, recipes, and tips for incorporating local food into your own menus.

Hosted by the Michigan Land Use Institute at Crystal Mountain, Saturday, February 25, 4:00-7:00 p.m. 

Tickets are $20 and include all all food stations and a special wine sample.
