Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard (La Vie en Rose) and Matthias Schoenaerts star in this compelling story of two mismatched lovers facing extraordinary obstacles. Alain (Schoenaerts) is a rough street fighter struggling to raise his son. Stephanie (Cotillard) is a free-spirited, adventurous Orca trainer who suffers a devastating accident. The story is elevated by the seriousness with which Audiard presents his story, and the deep commitment and physical intensity that these two remarkable actors bring to their roles, and their characters' struggles are deeply felt.
