The festival transforms the Harbor Springs waterfront into a wine tasting setting with some of the best wines of Michigan and the U.S., available to guests from 11 wine vendors. In addition to the wines, food samplings from area dining establishments are available.
Wines represented are from Fabiano Brothers, Kobran, Imperial Beverage, Great Lakes, Trinchero Family Estates, Woodberry Wines, Duck Pond, Harbor Springs Vineyards & Winery, Griffin Beverage, and Verterra Winery.
Food vendors include Stafford’s Pier Restaurant, Harbor Springs IGA, American Spoon Foods, Fustini’s Oils and Vinegars, Glen’s North, Twisted Olive, Crooked Tree Breadworks, The New York, Vernales, The Wine Guys and Mustang Wendy’s.
The resident artist for the Waterfront Wine Festival is Harbor Springs artist Mary Hramiec Hoffman. Find her at the Festival with more of her work.
Also available at the Festival are raffle tickets with great prizes including a weekend getaway at Trout Creek Condominiums in Harbor Springs, basket of carefully selected wine/goodies from Glen’s Fresh Market, grab bag of gifts from local merchants and two breakfasts & lunches at Sam’s Graces Café & Bakery.
$20 in advance, $25 at the door, include two wine tastings. Tickets available from Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, Harbor Springs IGA, Toski Sands Market and Wine Shop and Glen's Fresh Market. Tickets also available online: www.waterfrontwine.org.
Harbor Springs is just off Historic M-119, across the Bay from Petoskey.
