Event Description

The Writers and Readers Speaker Series presents the 2014 Michigan Notable Book author William Rapai.

Rapai, award winning reporter and editor, speaks about his award winning book, The Kirtland's Warbler: The Story of a Bird's Fight Against Extinction and the People Who Saved It.

Kalkaska, home of the National Trout Festival, is located where M-72 meets U.S. 131, about 25 miles East of Traverse City.
