The Manitou's is just so good!! I also love the perch at Terry's Place in Charlevoix:

And Also The Villager Pub in Charlevoix does a nice fried perch dinner.

Stay tuned...the owner of Eat Spot in Northport is opening a new outdoor restaurant later this spring and will have a perch basket with homemade tartar, too. :)

Wow! I am getting SO hungry reading your descriptions. If we hop in the car now, we would get there in time for dinner. :)

Go to Drummond Island fish off of Moynihans dock and catch lots of jumbo perch. Then take them home and eat em up. No fish tastes as good as the ones you have just caught yourself.
