Some green features include: geothermal heating/cooling; icynene foam insulation; tankless water heater; insulated foundation and basement floor; low-e Andersen windows; bamboo, cork, and porcelain tile flooring; efficient appliances; exposed aggregate porch (instead of wood or composite);native landscaping; MDF trim (reduces wood usage); whole-house air exchange system; some reclaimed elements from Odom's Reuse. And quite a bit of vintage furniture.
