Another Northern Michigan Home from Team Hybrid Receives LEED for Homes "Platinum"

It's offical we just received LEED for Homes "PLATINUM" Certification for the "Watercress Project" in Pentwater, Michigan. This is the highest honor you can receive from the USGBC. Congraulations Image Design, LLC and Hybrid Homes, LLC this the second LEED platinum home for the team in northern Michigan.

Here is a picture of the interior of the "Watercress Project" the Interior Design was done by my wife Christy. The cedar columns came from a tree on site that had to come down for the house.

Here is another picture of the interior of the "Watercress Project". The Dining Room table was made from a Cherry Tree that had to come down for the house.
