One Dollar One Day Used Book Sale in TC

This Saturday May 29 the Friends of the Traverse Area District Library, Woodmere branch, is hosting a used book sale. They've named it the One Dollar, One Day Book Sale.

The Gulf Coast Oil Spill

Matter of Trust is a non-profit organization that uses hair clippings to make hair mats used to clean up oil spills. There's a video on our page that demonstrates how they do it and how incredibly effective the hair mats are.
