swimming with the fishes--scuba diving the boardman and grand traverse bay with salmon

On the way into the office, I ran into these two brothers, Scott and Jim Ebbenstein, unloading gear by the Boardman River. A few questions later and I learned that a crew of folks from Grand Rapids had taken the day off to scuba dive down the river dumping out into Grand Traverse Bay. "It's so cool to slowly swim along the river and these salmon are racing past you upstream," say the Ebbensteins. "We love to scuba Grand Traverse because it is so clear."
