Flies only on the Boardman....

it's time to institute a flies only, catch and release section on the Boardman. This river, highly touted as a blue ribbon trout stream, has no special regulations. It's time to move it up a notch and start developing larger and more abundant species of trout. I'd love to see it in the middle section of the river, for selfish reasons, and for the fact that from Garfield Road to Beitner there is very little access, so fewer bait fishermen would have to comply.
