Sunday Morning Inland Lake Hockey

Creating an inland lake ice rink has been a journey of nearly epic proportions this year as I wrote about in my March 2009 column in Traverse, Northern Michigan's Magazine and in recent blog posts.

But it all came together Sunday morning as we finally had good ice on the entire rink and launched a skating holiday weekend with a family pick-up game of hockey.
