Conservation subdivisions: A better way to grow

As northern Michigan grows, many of you hope the growth does not resemble the “wipe out nature” model of endless “cookie cutter” subdivisions in southeast Michigan.

One effective, efficient solution is a balanced approach to development called “conservation design for subdivisions”.
